Any% runs in the video game speedrunning community is category that just focuses on getting to the end of the game no matter what.
The lyrics quickly change where the singer becomes upset that their efforts seemingly aren't enough, and even references buying bootstraps (to pull themself up by) on Amazon- ironically.
The song ends with an actual order that could be placed at Starbucks- showing that the singer is more focused on getting their verbose venti than actually doing anything to save the planet
